NPG DataQuest is a new and powerful market research tool for the residential real estate industry. Our proprietary, state-of-the-art software allows access to all collected real estate data for timely, customized analysis and reports.
The core of this research is the visual inspection. Every 120 days NPG DataQuest professionals drive the streets of active subdivisions performing a field level inventory of both single family and multi-family communities. This visual inspection provides key data on starts, occupancies, standing inventory and vacant lots while actual closing values are obtained through the public records. In addition, building permits are collected by subdivision on a monthly basis and future lots in existing and planned subdivisions are tracked.
This data can be analyzed in chart or graph form and displayed on interactive reports. NPG DataQuest can sort and filter data, as well as isolate a defined geographic area providing only the information pertinent to the task at hand.
